I would call this hotel "friendly". Ilaria is a handyman hostess, very willing to listen to requests and give information, always smiling. Fabio is a volcanic pizza maker who could be a local tour guide because he loves to tell anecdotes about the area and its cultural attractions. They both gave us great advice and suggestions. The Hotel Adler was a pleasant surprise (after a bad impact due to the navigator who made us arrive exactly in front of a secondary entrance surrounded by bins). The rooms are clean and well furnished. Functional bathroom equipped with everything. The Hotel has been recently renovated so there is nothing to complain about. Good breakfast buffet. Good pizza (even with wholemeal flour) and good cakes.

I went to the Adler on a weekend in August. The location is strategic: it is right where the chairlift is. The municipal parking is free and a stone's throw from the hotel. Mrs. Ilaria is very professional, kind and hospitable. I was with Sophie, my dog, a 30 kilo Weimaraner and they let me take her to the restaurant, which is quite rare. I felt really welcomed, like in my home. I chose the half board formula and had dinner two evenings. I must say that I also liked the kitchen a lot. I will definitely return to this Hotel.

We have been visiting this completely renovated hotel since 2014, next to the Foppolo ski slope terminal. Over the years, thanks to the commitment of Ilaria Invernizzi and her family, it has constantly improved in terms of hospitality, courtesy of the service and movement of the hotel; in particular this year we have noticed a great commitment in the progress of the cuisine and the animation of the restaurant. The fantastic plus of this hotel is to have a rustic yet modern setting and to be able to get directly to the hotel on skis. With my family we were in Foppolo for New Year's Eve, we used six Adler services, friendliness and warmth distinguish this hotel, good Ilaria, omnipresent and fantastic Fabio for his services. High quality cuisine, traditional game dishes with polenta! We will be back soon ...

Honestly, I had chosen this hotel only on the basis of its location, directly on the ski slopes, without going into further details. It was a very pleasant surprise !!! The hotel is very nice, clean and welcoming. Mrs. Ilaria and all the staff in general, are of a kindness and availability now rare. The cuisine is excellent with the possibility of tasting pizzas that I, a Milanese, have rarely found of superior quality. The breakfast is buffet style and of a high standard, with a lot of choice; fresh croissants and cakes always available. It also has a small SPA, which can be used free of charge, with sauna, Turkish bath, emotional showers and a relaxation room overlooking the mountains. I chose this hotel for the location but then it turned out to be a nice surprise. Ilaria's courtesy and helpfulness make your stay perfect. Excellent restaurant: my 12 year old daughter and I were satisfied in everything. Thanks also to Milena, table service with a beautiful smile makes a perfect dinner even better! Excellent location: right attached to the ski lifts. The only drawback, if I really have to find it, is the wifi connection which at 12 is almost vital! I have already booked for another weekend and surely there will be others.

We stayed in this hotel for a couple weekend. The hotel is very nice and above all in a truly enviable position: it is 20 meters from the chairlift and the ski slopes. The staff is, in general, kind, the place is nice and the rooms are really nice and not very noisy. The food (we took half board) is very good and the people are abundant. Even the abundant breakfast is provided with both sweet and savory. It is also equipped with a small spa, nothing special, but very pleasant after a day on the slopes. Having said that I could not put 5 stars for a guy who serves at the bar who is particularly grumpy and unpleasant, who barely answers you and when he answers you he does it badly. I was in this hotel at the end of January with a friend of mine. As soon as I arrived I immediately noticed the beauty of this hotel !! The location is excellent !!!! It is located on the slopes and has a beautiful view !! The room is mountain style !! , very welcoming and spacious, very well kept !! The excellent and varied breakfast with delicious fresh desserts !! I really enjoyed the castagnole !! Excellent possibility of being able to have a fresh cappuccino and not from the machine, which is not for all hotels. The savory part with cold cuts and cheeses is also very popular. The dinner is really good and with 4 choices, generous and well-finished portions, delicious desserts, a varied and high quality vegetable buffet. In short, if you go to Foppolo you must try this hotel! !!

A quick lunch at the base of the Foppolo lifts. Friendly staff, a bit caretto for having been a day of mega snowfall where it was just us. Considering that the restaurant on the opposite side costs significantly less. However the dishes were good

I stayed at the hotel from 2 June 2018 to 3 June 2018. The facility is clean and the staff very kind. The breakfast was excellent. The mountain view room, clean and quiet. Very nice hotel and adjacent to the car parks from where the chairlift and the ascent to the routes start. Room with balcony and a well-stocked welcome kit. Very well stocked breakfast. The dinner at the hotel was really great. Friendly and welcoming staff. Definitely recommended.

Weekend of relaxation and training in Foppolo. Very hospitable hotel, nice and friendly staff. There is a bar / restaurant to sample local dishes or enjoy other more traditional dishes. The view from the hotel is very nice and it is located close to the main attractions.

I stayed with my wife for a week in July on a full board basis. I state that Foppolo as a country does not excite me at all and therefore at the beginning was somewhat skeptical of the holiday. Well, on the other hand, I found a very welcoming and hospitable environment with a truly high level of service. The hotel's location is very convenient close to the departure of the chairlifts on the famous Piazzale degli Alberghi. The rooms are basic but new, well maintained and above all clean. We had a one-night hit and run breakfast in Foppolo this summer and chose this hotel. The welcome was kind and helpful, the rooms are basic but very clean (for us, a very important factor). The hotel is in a good location for skiers. The services in general are well managed and the breakfast is pleasant

The hotel is in a very convenient location for access to the slopes and also with a nice view. From here there are paths for a pleasant walk. The service is great and Ilaria always very attentive. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. The surprise was the food of excellent quality and great variety, which is often not the case on half board occasions. Fabio gave us a wealth of information on everything there is to know about the Foppolo Mountains. So what to say, thanks to all the staff for letting us spend a week of relaxation and good food.

Excellent hospitality and restaurant. The location of the hotel is very good for walking and hiking. The dishes on the menu are not particularly elaborate but they are really excellent. The rooms are always clean and tidy.

My 7 year old and I spent three days in this hotel and had a great time. We will be back soon. The staff is really nice and always very helpful and very efficient. I was impressed with their genuine courtesy. There is a familiar atmosphere. The location is fantastic, right on the slopes, the hotel is clean and good food with generous portions. We had lunch in this hotel / restaurant, we sat down and the lady I think the owner took all the orders of those who arrived after us and we had to complain because she got to our forgotten table. There was no number on the table so the waitresses, especially the one who brought drinks, kept wandering around the tables without knowing where to take things. We ordered an extra bottle and coke but after an hour we decided to give up. Dishes with very low quantities compared to the price paid. Polenta and porcini 4 pieces of porcino and half liquid polenta, in Bergami do you need a polenta like this? but you can't see it. Sweet 7 euros but they were not worth them at all flavored tart packaged with a curl of cream and two

I stayed in this hotel for three days, I didn't find any flaws, very clean, the food is not so good! welcoming staff, very kind! Perfect location for those who love to ski! 5 🌟 are few!

We stayed 3 days for mid-August. The hotel is in an exceptional position, 20 meters from the parking area, in front of the ski lift. It acts as a hotel but also as a bar and restaurant open to the public. Renovated structure, the rooms are clean and the bathrooms new. Excellent and varied breakfast, an extensive menu at dinner, the meat is cooked very well. There is a children's play area on the side. I cannot rate the spa as it was turned off as it was hot and there were no other requests. We stayed very well. Too bad that Foppolo is a dead country there is nothing at all.

We stayed one night this week in 3 families ... Superb rooms: optimal cleaning, tastefully furnished and equipped with disposable kits for all members of the family (toothbrush and toothpaste, slippers and razor with shaving foam, masks and sanitizing gel as well as to the usual shampoo and soap). We opted for half board and what about ..... excellent quality and a respectable menu (see attached menu). Staff and owners very courteous and helpful. Great price. Definitely a vacation to be redone !!!!
